Last week, we were delighted to welcome Leo Behnsen as a our student intern at HIPOLE Jena for a week!
During his internship, Leo gained exciting insights into our interdisciplinary work environment. Under the guidance of René Burges, he learned about laboratory workflows, worked with various instruments, and gained practical experience with techniques we use in our research projects.
Such internship opportunities are a great way for us to strengthen collaboration with students and educational institutions. At the same time, young talents can experience firsthand the connection between scientific research and real-world applications.
