New glove box systems are ready for use
HIPOLE Jena’s labs just received a major upgrade with the installation of an advanced glovebox system! The gloveboxes are in particular suitable for the realization of oxygen- and water-free synthesis toward new promising compounds for our several research fields. Furthermore, they allow for the preparation and characterization of batteries that make use of oxygen- and/or water-sensitive materials.
Designed to create a completely controlled atmosphere, this new equipment enables our researchers to safely work with sensitive and reactive materials, pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve in energy storage, materials science, and beyond.
