Last week brought a wide range of impressions and meaningful exchanges.

It began at the Hannover Messe, where our team established new contacts and engaged in valuable discussions. A particular highlight was Thuringia Day, during which our founding director, Prof. Dr. Ulrich S. Schubert, together with representatives from science and industry, presented Thuringia as a strong and forward-looking innovation hub.

At the same time, preparations were already underway for the next event: Girls’ Day at HIPOLE Jena. Ten female students from across Thuringia gained insights into our research and had the opportunity to carry out their own microplastic analysis.

Overall, it was an intensive and diverse week. We hope all participants found it as inspiring as we did. Our sincere thanks go to everyone involved in organizing and supporting these activities.
